Culinary Institute (2nd Cir. 2016) holding that "a rational jury could find, under the totality of the circumstances, that Garrioch [employer's HR director] exercised sufficient control over Graziadio's employment to be subject to liability under the FMLA. We therefore vacate the district court's dismissal of FMLA claims against Garrioch."
